Our round-the-clock service lets you...

FYIO.

Just  had a go at my new internet a/c at Bangers Bank and can confirm that its OK for local interbank transfers-check  and pay bills etc but you cannot transfer £-$-dosh from an overseas account(at least not from here in UK) to LOS,so its back to draft transfers.

BBs advertised deal at the moment is £15 for up to £6k and takes 3 days with £30 for "express" next day service.

Looks like it back to the ATM....

check the balance of your accounts (savings, current, fixed-deposit, loan and credit card)

track your account movements

pay your bills on-line                                                   click here for our complete payee list

transfer funds on-line*

check if any of your cheques have been returned

I've never heard of any internet bank service allowing international money transfers between banks. Having a local Thai internet bank helps when out of country though as can pay local bill easily. Eg TOT and GSM bills available online are only payable from Thai bank accounts or Thai credit cards in some cases.

Dexia bank in luxembourg offers online bank transfers worldwide for 8 Euros.  You can even transfer to thailand.

Very useful for investing in thailand / elsewhere and for sending gifts to thai ladies.

I just set-up an account with First Republic Bank, here in New York.  They have an ATM rebate account which means you can withdraw money from an ATM while in Thailand with NO fees!  They also offer internet banking.  Just FYI...no US bank allows you to transfer from bank-to-outside bank via the internet.  You must do a wire transfer.  I will feel safer having the bulk of my money in a US bank while overseas.  Here's the link to First Republic  www.firstrepublic.com

You can use HSBC offshore or Singapore internet banking for int. transfers.

If you transfer HSBC > HSBC its within 24hrs.

Shame no internet banking for HSBC Thai.

Could you just confirm that because this question has been asked many times on this forum.

Can you move money online from your Thai account to your account back home.
