But how many of us trust the Thai Postal service?
If you don't trust the Thai postal service get someone to drop the TM47 into the office. It's not a requirement that you attend the office. It's just a notification of abode. Job done.

I have had one TM47 get lost in the post in over 3 years. After 2 weeks of the return slip not arriving, my wife phoned and reported this. Their reply was "No problem. Just resend with the original dates on." I received no fines etc and they dated my TM47 to the original reporting day.
