Peugeot Mechanic

hi,

just blew the head gasket in my poeugeot,

need a mechanic that is 1.skilled eneough to fix it

2.good with european cars

and 3.honest,

it's a big job and there is a lot of leeway where he could over charge

4.near chiang rai-mae chan

would love some recomendadions please

The parts... the parts...

The Isuzu dealer by the airport turn off may have a mechanic that's seen one before. I've always been satisfied with what they've done for my ... Isuzu.

If it's just a head gasket it shouldn't be too complicated a job surely?

thanks mate,

changeing the heas gasket is easy but the head uasually has to be reskimed which is a specialist

job in europe,

can get the parts from the peugeot centre in bangkok,

coming from chiang rai is the issuzu guy on the left or right,before or after the airport cross

First on the left after the lights, you can see the sign from half a mile away.

Actually Isuzu do a lot of diesel work, you might be advised to try Toyota as well. That's on the Super Highway too.

The reason I suggest these places is I work on the theory that the more mechanics a shop has, the greater the chance of finding someone who knows what he's doing.

Agreed, the head will need to be resurfaced. Shouldn't be a problem though.

The father of one of my student's is a mechanic who spent time in Europe working for Renault & Peugeot, he's very good and very reliable, I will try and get his number for you later today and will PM you with it
