Serviced Appartment Recommendation-anyone

Featured Replies

Hi there,

Before making the big plunge ( of living and working in BKK), I wanna test the water and I'm looking for serviced appartment recommendation.

I'm looking for a place for one month. willing to pay up to 9000bahts.

Good/Bad experience. How would you do it if you had to now, etc.

Any feedback is welcome.

Thanks in advance

Most places won't let you rent for just a month, you'd have to pay hotel rates most probably or sign a minimum 4-6 month contract.

There are many places that will let you rent for a month, you just have to pay at a slightly higher rate. Off the top of me head, the following are within your budget

V.I.P mansions

Pornphirin place (opposite V.I.P mansions, but usually fully booked, because the apartments are only about 6000 per month and very nice with v.good swimming pool - recommend)

Boss tower

Grand hi-tech tower ( usually ask for 4 month contract, but if they have a lot of rooms available, they will let you stay for a shorter period)

King royal garden (usually more than 9000 pm, but have a word with Joe the manager, and see if you can bring the price down - fairly new apartments, so worth the extra)
