March 10, 200917 yr Find an 'Amor' store - they sell WD40 and the local Thai version cheaply. Is that that Sonax stuff in an orange tin that stinks to high heaven? Seem to remember WD40 getting its name from something like the 40th attempt to get the experiment right. Water Displacement 40. Just as well he didn't get it wrong 68 times
March 10, 200917 yr WD 40. Even found in Tops super, KSK. The stuff is brilliant, as a cleaner/solvent, but of little/no worth as a lubricant. Great for cleaning very grit-laden motorcycle chains, prior to proper lubrication. Removes caked, rock-hard bubble gum that has locked on, at the molecular level, with whatever it is you are trying to restore. In a ditch, it will clean an electrical contact, or a rifle barrel, or a......you fill in the spaces. Gotta have at least one little can.
