Bangkok Escort Girl Writing A Blog About Her Life.

Featured Replies

I was surfing around the Internet when I stumbled upon a blog written by an escort girl. I couldn't help but read it all and it seems genuine enough. Bangkok Escort, A Thai Girls Diary. Just Google it. Too little dirt to be a fake. :o Anyways, there is some interesting and touching stuff on the blog and I'll read it. Just thought I'd tip you off and ask what you think. Genuine or not? Will she make it work?

You joined Thai Visa to share this with us?

Have the hits to your web blog about being a hooker gone up?

A) It's written a in male "voice". The way it's written doesn't sound like a female at all.

B ) Whoever writes this is highly educated in English (foreign educated). It has less typos than The Nation.

C) You are obviously a troll/author of the blog

I'm sure this blog has been mentioned before, and found to be rather suspicious. Obviously viewing figures are down, or you think this is new news?

A rather poor first effort for a Troll.

BTW what is a Bangkok Escort Girl? Someone who drives around in one of these?

You are correct. I asked and her friend (a Western man) is writing for now. She's learning English so she can improve her writing skills. I say good for her: learn English, get out (if that's what she wants).

I believe he's Swiss (or close enough).

Who cares? Everyone on this forum keeps yelling TROLL! But troll posts are often interesting. The views of the author would also be interesting.

Ok, I'm bored... but it's still interesting... a plus, it's not a smutty site, it's just real life for this one person. And I've always been curious...

Moreover this thread got 5 stars even before the first reply.

Just noticed that it has only 3 stars now

Write a fake blog, get lots of hits, get it published as a book, the same as that 'blog' about the Thai escort in London :o

Mmm.. real or fake...I liked reading it, and the writer seems to know how it's like to live in Thailand. What she writes could be real.

If it's real (writer = escort) then she has someone to correct her English (Oeps I missed her first, she has Robert to correct) But it could also be someone who likes to write. My guts say it's 35% -65%, I have a hard time to believe it is her own story.

The character says it is the only way to realize her dream...well I don't know, it is a known reason for escort girls all over the world. I don't know if this is realistic. And maybe it is the easiest way. Fun and excitement included. The character sounds like she is smart enough to follow a study and find a solid job. This way it is more likely to realize her dream without any diseases.

I just think the whole story is just too easy to follow, wishing for 7/11 (it is easy to imagine for a foreigner), a simple country girl that earns around 200 USD a night pretty quickly after she started in this business, maybe she is lucky. Or amazingly attractive.

The writer (she, he) could be a foreigner that kills time with writing this blog :o

Real or fake: enjoyed reading it anyway.

Save Karen was the original (I believe).

Stories about the website have appeared in newspapers and magazine all over the world, including The New York Times, People, and Time. I was even interviewed on the Today show (three times!) by America's number-one morning show hottie: Matt Lauer. And, get this: The New York Times Magazine named savekaryn.com and my idea one of the "Greatest ideas to come out of 2002."

Only instead of paying off crazy shopping debts, Bangkok Escort is Thai style: Thai boyfriends wanting money, Dad's a monk so no help, not wanting to work for peanuts, and the ever present Mom/Mum in the countryside needing a house.

....it's just real life for this one person. And I've always been curious...

That's the problem, many do not believe it is a real person. It just sounds too much like a stickman fan writing what he thinks a Thai girl would say.

When I first read the site I was thinking the same. But after talking to him, I'm no longer so sure.

I mean, there is no smut (knock on wood) like found on sites where the stickman types stick their nose in.

But I guess we'll just have to keep reading the blog to find out... as it always outs... ah... which reminds me... remember this one? :D

There was a similar blog by a "girl" calling herself Top Secret. Same sort of discussions. What are the chances this thread will be closed ASAP due to not being according to TV rules?

3, 2, 1 ...

That's the one I linked to in my previous post. Wasn't that supposed to be written by a TV member? Britxxx? Great fun and a pity he stopped writing.

Blog spamming.
