Briggsy, I am doing the same at the end of the month.

You will have no issues. The Flexaccount is only a branding of the Nationwide and subject to VISA rules/regulations etc (unless you still have a Maestro card then it is Mastercard). You will be able to use any ATM with a VISA sign and will benefit from Nationwide's policy of 'no transaction charges' until June. I suspect that the same decent exchange rate will apply - (I got just over 1.08 for a Euro ATM withdrawal in Paris at the weekend).
