DarwinK
Anyone know what the minimum requirement is for the contents of a notice to convene an annual shareholders meeting that is published in a newspaper? For example, is the name of the company, location, and time of the meeting enough, or is an agenda needed? The reason I ask is that if an agenda is not needed, I'd rather not include it. There's only 3 shareholders and they all know what the agenda is already. Cheers, Darwin
