1. This is to report on the events and recovery actions taken during service disruption in the following period:

TIME ZONE:GMT +8 Singapore Time (Thailand time GMT+7)

FROM:19th Mar 2009, 9:00am

TO:19th Mar 2009, 9.45pm

2. Please be informed that there was a service disruption to our rack servers connect hosting customers.

3. Service Impact:

Customers will experience Internet service disruption during this period.

4. Incident Report

9:00 am: Reboot router due to unresolved network peering issue.

9:10 am: Partial of networks are back to normal.

9:20 am: Reconfigure routing table because some of the network still unreachable.

9:45 am: Network fully recover.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused during this time.
