Sd Crd To Ide Adapter

Featured Replies

Does anybody knows if this card (or a similar product) is available in Thailand?

I wanted to order this product from an Australain company, but the heavy shipping costs are in no way comparable to the cost of this product.

TIA

In the absence of other replies, I often ferret around computer stores and do not recall seeing something like that.

I suggest you gather more information, part numbers etc. Then search through Thai computer websites looking for a hit, if that fails try emailing (walk round) asking if they have one with the picture etc.

I'm sure you will need to clearly state that you are NOT looking for a USB reader as the world and his cat will be offering them to you.

I've not seen them in Thailand either, but this Hong Kong Ebay seller http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Secure-Digital-SD-SD...%3A1|240%3A1318 has them for US$15 including shipping to Thailand and insurance. :o

EDIT I HAVE seen IDE to CompactFlash in one of the little shops in Zeer (DTech IIRC) so it is possible they're available.

thanks for the link Crossy

am looking at his other stuff - http://stores.shop.ebay.com/YNLCABIN__W0QQ..._fsubZ913093018

lots of interesting bits. :o

Yeah, he has all sorts of interesting toys. I bought some of his IDE/SATA converters (looks like they're out of stock at the mo), they plug on the back of an IDE drive and allow it to work with a SATA controller. Rapid shipping to Thailand and they work like a charm.
