I am having big problems with Qatar air. I am now being given the run around from their office in Bangkok regarding the complaints department email address, I have been given three mail addresses now but there is no such address, it's no good me asking the office in Bangkok again and searching the Qatar Airways website it's made very difficault to get a genuine complaints address, has anybody got the complaints address ? :o

Back in December I sent them some comments about the way they handled the airport shutdown - part complimentary, part suggesting how they might have done better with their phone service. I can't remember any specific email address, I just used whatever link I found on their website. I got a reply after about 3 weeks, framed in reasonable terms. I didn't ask for, or get any sort of compensation.
