Cat Evdo

Featured Replies

This is the first time since I have had the service that my CAT EVDO connection has been totally useless. I am online using my phone and EDGE.

Anyone else having problems?

I have the same problems with CAT-CDMA for the last few days. Using AIS Edge as a backup for now.

This brings back BAD memories of Ipstar. Have you tried to call CAT?

I suppose it was too good to last, after this is Thailand where service is unheard of.

Our hosting provider in Sinagpore has contacted CAT on another issue. They have reluctantly confirmed that they are having interconnectivity issues both domestic and international. It seems that most ISP's in Thailand are affected.

My CAT CDMA has workd flawlessly for over 2 years. Now it's crap.

My wife is out and about but as soon as she comes home, I'll have her call the Northeast division office to see if there is any information available.

I'll post whatever I find out. Very sad situation. At least my AIS EDGE is working.

My connection is now back to normal again. Excellent!

impressive for being 6km from the tower!

didn't notice the outage b/c I am in Ko Chang, one of those places that has been blessed by the Hutch service, at the expense of CAT. Argh!

Ok so TOT DSL was really slow but that's pretty much business as usual for TOT.... :o

SMW3 submarine cable is having scheduled maintenance since 22nd. I've been told it'll be back sometime today.
