Acer Aspire One Owners, Beware

Featured Replies

Playing music too loud on the Aspire One can cause the hard drive to get thrashed. Only affects hard disks, not SSDs, and so far only the 8.9" Aspire One.

Definitely don't play U2 on the Aspire One's internal speakers.

Good to know that (we 're in Koh Samui) will it also be damaged with constant loud explosions during the night?

Internal Speakers aren't the best at any rate - better to add a external speaker set to it!!! :o
