Hair Colour Issue -help

Featured Replies

do any of you know if it is possible to find semi permanent peroxcide free/ammonia free hair dye here??? I am looking for a semi permanent auburn colour that lasts about 20 washes.....i have looked everywhere and just get blank stares! Any ideas girls??

I had the Japanese one, since I can't read Japanese so I can't tell what brand it is. IT's the good one. first time i dyed my hair it lasts more than 6 months till now. the box presented by a big-eyes dolls, but i dnt know if they have the color you want. From what i've seen they have the blond shade till brown/orange and black.

p.s. loreal ones are not that good stuff. my friend dyed her hair with the ash color but after 2 times washed... her hair became natural black as she's got it before dyeing

Thank you sooooo much thithi, i will look for these tomorrow :o

ok you're welcome.

:o

report back when you find them!

today i tried to find in Central Ladprao ........ they don't have them!!!!!!!

this brand you can dye yr hair yourself. cos they give you the equipments and no hydrogen.

and they are sooooo rare :o

I've used Palty numerous times, i actually have a box of juicy peach color that i will probably never use (i bought it cuz of a *feeling* i had that day..then changed my mind) . I'll give it to you when i go to thailand but im not leaving till may 31st...

I can bring you any hairdye that you like from NYC but...its gonna be 2 months till i get there..or i could send you one, but i still am not sure how long that will take. Ive also seen some thai websites selling Palty but i cant read thai so im useless on that one..

i could help for that, i just ordered 2 of Palty.

well i have had a look around but no joy :-(

Looking at the info on Palty, it does say natural bleach....am not too sure about that.....i have had bleach in my hair and it got a bit trashed and dry and i know from experience that in the uk they sell semi permanents that actually coat the hair and it seems to have a repairing effect - hence the search!

I think i am going to order some semi permanents i used before from boots uk, deliver to my sis and get sent over, if anyone wants to place an order then let me know and i can post on to you when i get it here (samui)

I think its just not in demand here as asian hair is so much tougher than western hair, asian hair can take mild bleach natural or otherwise - mine just melts hahaha! Think I'm gonna order Castings as that seemed to work well years ago. Let me know light haired girlies if you want some!

Okay, now you have Blondie worried. I had my hair coloured last month for the first time ever. It came out great, a blonde that covered up the various shades of silver and brown that had grown in during the last 25 years. My hair is very thick and wavy and long. But I swim almost every day in a pool that has no chlorine smell, and I wash with shampoo and conditioner. Will regular colouring ruin my hair?

PB, I've been coloring my hair for well, more years than I care to count :D Prematurely gray at 26 :D thanks mom for the bad genes :o

I deep condition my hair on a regular basis, and another trick is to put coconut oil on my hair and leave it on for at least a few hours then wash out with shampoo and conditioner, it leaves the hair soft and silky. I use shampoos and conditioners formulated for colored hair as well. With good care, your hair shouldn't fry. :D

I dyed my hair today ...... it is almost as red as the girl in sbk's avatar.

have to dye it brown next week .. it is so ugly now lol

I always used a semi=permanent color before coming to Thialand. I couldn't find any here, so switched to Excellence from Loreal.

If you aren't asian you have to be careful what hair color you use. Some of the ones that are for blonde colors, or reddish colors for asian hair are really strong....So although the permanent Excellence by Loreal hair color I use now doesn't quite get the gray at my temples, I will continue to use it for now because it comes with a pre & post conditioner.
