Iphone 3g Visual Voicemail

I have called TRUE today to ask how to set up VISUAL VOICEMAIL for Iphone and they have advised me that this is not available in Thailand. Please note that on the website truemove.com/iphone/eng/index.htm they advertise this.

This is not correct and is misleading, if theye dont offer a service why advertise this?
