Someone that charges reasonable fees; what's a typical engineer's fee by the way? It's for a small, simple factory and a small house. Knowledge of metallic buildings would be a big plus. Fluent in English well versed in every building regulation in the Kingdom, no fuss just gets the job done. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
