Mario2008 Posted April 3, 2009 Share Posted April 3, 2009 Start with where you live. You will have to do it under the laws of the country where you live. An important factor will be if the children all ready have a legal father or not. Have a look at the childrens birth certificate. It should state the following details: - id of child - id of mother - id of father - id of person registering the birth If the name of the fahter and person registering the birth are not the same, and the mother was not married at time of birth, the children don't have a legal father.
