For the most part not having dual language isn't really a problem using most of the sites listed. It's pretty easy to work out what's going on. If there is something in Thai you don't understand then all you need do is c+p into Google translate.

If you want to use a credit card then the one site listed that allows you to do so is in my experience usually the most expensive so compare prices as you may end up paying substantially more even before you factor in any other costs incurred by using a credit card.
