Can someone help me find a solution?

I want to send and receive fax via my PC. I have Hutch high speed WIRELESS internet. I contacted the hutch office and they could not get it to work. I have seen websites that offer software that you can use a phone number they assign to you for people to send you a fax that shows up in your email as an attachment... and the software uses your scanner and then you dial the fax number to send right on your screen. However I cannot find one for Thailand.

Can someone help? THANKS!!!
