Htc Touch Doesn't Start Up

no idea what it is, but it does not go beyond the HTC logo screen. Took the battery out, even the SIM and the memory chip, no avail.

Back to the seller/dealer where you bought it from! I wouldn't do anything myself because it's just a few weeks(?) old!

Good to have Monty sitting in a pub around the corner AND him being online with his various gizmos of all sizes.

Problem is fixed after hard reset.
