I'm scheduled to report to Chiang Mai Immigration on the 21st of this month for my 90-day report (Non O-A visa issued 14 July 2008; first entered Thailand with this visa on 29 July 2008).

I was last at C.M. Immigration on 23 January 2009 for my most recent report.

Now, on February 3rd of this year I went to Padang Basar, Malaysia for the day and returned to Thailand the same day.

Does this change things regarding my 90-day report? Do I still show up on or before the 21st of this month or does the clock start over and instead I report on or before 3 May 2009?

The clock started again when you entered on Feb. 3rd. So it will be May 3rd
