Singapore Thai embassy needs at least 2 months out of Thailand before can apply for a single 60 day tourist visa. Is this just a Singapore rule or applied at all Thai embassies now?
Singapore "rule".  Last time I got a non-immigrant visa from the Thai embassy in Singapore back in 09/2000 they were hassling people about back-to-back tourist journeys to Thailand so this is nothing new from them.
