Water Leaks

Featured Replies

Only when rain lashes into my condo window with strong winds do I experience water leaking in. Can anyone recommend a competent tradesman that can fix the leak before I redo the inside wall area that's damaged?

Sure, I know several competent tradesmen. Can you pay their airfare from California?! :o:D

Only 1 reply from a "comedian", so I am a little disappointed. I thought someone could have recommended a person. Anyone please? Thanks.

You may be able to do it yourself .Go to a hardware ( Like Homepro ) and get a tube of silicone sealant which will cost around 140 baht .You will also need the dispenser gun ( cost around 150 baht ) .Apply around the edge of the window frame where it meets the concrete .

You could also ask the maintenance people at your Condo complex who may do it for you for a few 100 baht .
