i am married to a thai national , i have lived in thailand for 9 years and married for four we have a child together that is six months old my wife tragically died during birth and i need some advise on what visa i am entitled to so that visa runs do not have to be performed , i have a company and a non immigrant b visa at the moment ....if anyone could help me please find out it any information would be very much appreciated...

As to your visa, that would depend. You could go for yearly extensions form immigration based on your company and income from that or you can go for an extension of stay based on having a Thai child.

I think in your case the last might be the easiest way. You need to have an incoem of 40,000 a month (avarege) Or have 400,000 baht in a Thai bank account in your name. If you have either of these, you can apply for an extension of stay based on having a Thai child. No need to leave the country every 90 days, only to report your adress (by mail) every 90 days.
