Well I can understand wanting a specific clientele. Maybe don't want a 'family' with 4 kids and all their friends, the two dogs, a cat and the pet rabbit. Along with grandma and a few uncles and aunts and their tribe.

Dragon castle has a list of hotels and guest houses they act as booking agents for, try asking them.

There is quite an extensive list of gay places and accommodation in Thailand on the very friendly Utopia site. Ask them and you may be able to ad your listing for free:

I misunderstood the subject.....I usually rent by the hour or by the night.
