Quotes Problem

Every now and then I get an error saying the number of quotes is incorrect. Not often but enough to be annoying.

I simply hit the 'quote' key to reply to a message, I type my reply and then get the error, fix this to complete the post.

Not sure what is happening because I reply the same way everytime, and most times is OK but sometimes says number of quotes wrong,

I always insert a couple of line feeds before I reply so I am not overwriting anything, so why do I occasionally see this error??

probably you accidentally removed one of the quote markers

every quote should have [ quote ] and [ / quote ] if one of those brackets is missing or if you are missing one of the end quotes then you will get the message.
