not only WAS she charged... she was tried... she was convicted... and she was sentenced to 3 years in prison...

I've not seen any reports of their returning from their various travel destinations just prior to the Red Shirt riots...

Potjaman Damapong and their daughter Paethongtan flew to Hong Kong. Another daughter Pinthongtha departed to England. Their son Panthongtae headed for Dubai in the United Arab Emirates.
