I-129f Address Help Please

I'm trying to fill out I-129F. I feel a little stupid because I can't decipher my fiance's address. I really want to know what the Town or City and State or Province are. She lives near Seacon Square. Any help would be appreciated. Her partial address follows...

What's Nongbon,Pravet, etc.? I just don't want to mess it up.

Amphur or District (City): Prawet (with a W)

Khet or Sub-District (Township, commune): Nong Bon

Khet or Sub-District (Township, commune): Nong Bon

Sorry, I may be a little dense...Section B Part 2 of I-129F asks for "Town or City". Which would I use? Do I use Prawet and not make any mention of Nong Bon?

On a separate note form G-325A Asks for City. Based on your response I would use Prawet?
