Yes. 40,000 Baht a month income OR 400,000 In a Thai bank for a period of 2 months before application...Although some offices are insisting on 3 months.

In both cases the money now has to be yours only. So the wife's income is no longer taken into account and the money in the bank has to be in a account in your name only, no joint account.

It can be iether. If from overseas you have to get a letter from your Embassy confirming the income.

If from Thailand you need to show Tax Payment Documents.
