from my sony handycam . tried to save and send to you tube but could not and was told to download something from microsoft windows -now everything is in Thai so I am totally lost . No options to change language to english - Why do they make things so difficult - I am sure macs are easier and more user friendly .

I think you'll find it's you making it difficult not the other way round. What software did you try to download? Just go to the microsoft site and download it manually. Sites like microsoft usually direct you to the language of the IP but you can just type in the main address. i.e microsoft.com
