May 3, 200917 yr Odd question.. anyone know where one can find stuffed animals, and similar "items of interest" in Bangkok or Thailand in general? I once saw an antique shop of sorts in Chinatown which had everything but the above. Thanks in advance..
May 3, 200917 yr you could always try the offshore bar, theres a few customers in there who look as if they died and were stuffed years ago and then were parked up to rest at their old seats. seen more life in a tramps vest.

Alternately, try hanging around Parliament. Plenty of overstuffed animals there, but only brain dead.

Doesn't bkkjames hang around in there? Keep trying Martian! Anyways, based on personal experience if you drink in the right places - stuffed animals come to you. One night about closing time I somehow ended up on Soi Cowboy (lost I guess) and behold in front of my eyes came a guy trying to sell his massive white stuffed polar bear. 700 baht later and several funny looks in the taxi on the way home, I was the proud owner of Chanook. He lasted 3 months before I threw him off the 24th floor balcony.
