Kap Cheong Vs Bangkok Choice

I am in a current first year of 12 month multi Non O visa, and I am getting ready to meet requirements for starting extensions.

My wife's Blue Book registration uses a Bangkok condo she owns. Kap Cheong has been reported to be very friendly and helpfull.

Check the Isaan forum for more info about it.

Bangkok is ok but the wait can be terrible,

Use the immigriton office of the place where you will be living. Especialy when applying for an extension based on having a Thai wife, since they might check at your house.

Kap Choeng is my local immigration office and the staff are very helpful and the 90 day reporting is done in approx 4 minutes.

It has also been reported that Kap Cheong do not accept 90 day reports by post.

As Mario said , use the correct office for where you are living.

Can only comment on Kap Cheong

It is a small friendly office where the wait is minimal and where the rules are applied fairly.

I would not hesitate to use Kap Cheong

I myself would like to use them but from tis year probably will need to use Phu Sing

(they still require a medical certificate even though it has not been required in the official rules for over 4 years)
