Proper Telephone Network For True

I have a Samsung Blackjack phone that i brought back with me from America. I took it to MBK to get it unlocked. It worked fine for a bit, until the phone turned off.

When the phone turns off, its settings for "network" get lost and the phone displays a message "no service".

I got lucky once and was able to find the correct settings. But now, I have been at it for three hours and cant get it properly set up. I live FAR from MBK and I cant seem to find anything on the net.

My SIM here is with TRUE. I know it is a long shot, but can anyone offer any solution.
