May 7, 200917 yr Their website shows that it is a public holiday both in Thailand and Singapore: http://www.thaiembassy.sg/en/opening-hours...bassy-singapore But i'm pretty sure the 11th is a working day in Singapore (?) I know I could just give them a call but I was hoping to book flights today and I would rather not wait until tomorrow morning as i'm holding a very special fare ticket that I don't want to lose. Thanks :-)

May 7, 200917 yr Author 'I assume you mean visakha bucha day which is on 8 may instead of 11 may so embassy will be open.' 'The web site says it will be closed.' This is what confused me. If it's not a public holiday in Thailand or Singapore, why would the embassy be closed? I was hoping the information on the website was incorrect but that maybe wishfull thinking...
