I'm so sick of the customer service I get from this company and how they just don't care about anyone. Everyone I talk to here agrees. So Am I going to get hate mail because I mentionad a company. I didn't use their full name. I wish some would start a new company for internet and cable that has actual customer service. Now because I refuse to give this monopoly any of my money, I'm stuck watch "Thai Soaps" Which are most likely the reson Thailand ranks so low as far as other countries. It's all just srceeming,cheating,the worst songs they keep playing over and over and over that brain wash into jumping out of a window, evil mothers, hitting women. and almost every Thai person I've met here watches daily. I see these shows being played in every business I pass daily. America is no different but we do have parental controls along with educational shows, discovery, travel pbs

Anyway just making a sugestion

start with your hate mail to me because of something I worded wrong.

If you check the internet forum you will find a current thread on this subject - but basically if you do not want Thai programing in Thailand on a cable service there is only one real choice (which you seem to have a problem with).
