In every country there will be an area or a center or a street where they sell lots of art supplies, tools, papers, wood,etc. There are lots of artists out there in Thailand. So where do they frequent when they need to source for their supplies in Bangkok? I've been searching for quite some time but yet to know where to go to get stuff like that. Anyone?

There some art stores/studios on the top floor of Silom Complex, you might try there.

there have been a couple of posts on this subject if you search... off the top of my head i would say paragon department store 3rd floor... also there is a book/stationery/art supply shop next to the mcdonalds near democracy monument.
