Sea food fest for tourists

BANGKOK: -- The Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) plans to hold a huge sea food fest at Samut Sakhon Province, about 29 kilometres South of Bangkok, to help boost local tourism.

The region is famous for its fresh sea food

More than 80 restaurants and preserved sea food producers will participate in the event, according to TAT officials.

Community or OTOP products will also be promoted during the fest, scheduled to be held between 24-28 February.

Samut Sakhon is famous for its numerous industrial parks and large fishing industry.
