This is a simple but good quality radio - american. There doesn't appear to be a functioning agent in Thailand. (The one their website identifies denies it.) I tried to get the on/off switch repaired and my makeshift choice of radio repair shop in Chiangmai buggered up the switch even further (and probably other bits as well).

I'd be grateful for a recommendation of a top-notch radio repairing outfit in Bangkok. (Of course if there's a reliable such place in Chiangmai that will suit me better - but I'd rather be safe than sorry, and am quite willing to take it to Bangkok on my next trip.
