Outlook 2007

Featured Replies

I have noticed a strange thing in Outlook 2007 when I send an email to a client, the reply comes back as my own email with the reply content missing. Also Outlook gives a task bar pop up window whenever the email arrives which briefly shows the first sentence of the reply email as is normal, but when I open the email in the Inbox it is missing.

Anyone know why? I am using Vista, Outlook 2007 and a Gmail account. I can read the reply on Gmail web site so assume its a Outlook issue. Only seems to happen when emailing certain Chinese clients so far since I started working with them this year.

Well, I am not sure you have to rely exclusively on Outlook if not I recommend to switch to Thunderbird.

You won't face such issues.
