So are the 90 days address reporting counted from the last time I went to Immigration? Or from the last time I arrived in Thailand (and filled out the arrival card for Immigration in Suvarnabhumi)?

If you had a correctly completed re-entry permit, then it should be 90 days from the date of re-entry. However, more than useful to check with your local immigration office to make sure.

Your report is due 90 days from the date you entered the country.

Please do not forget that the day you entered the country is DAY NUMBER ONE. And nobody gives you a warning, so use your agenda.

Prajak, you may not be aware of this but it is not necessary to make the 90-day address report exactly on the 90th day. It can be done up to seven days before and after the 90th day if done in person. When the report is mailed, it must arrive at the immigration office not later than the 90th day.
