I bought a calling card from CAT to use for calls with my computer. It does not work unless you have high speed internet. I ony have the normal 52k. They did not tell me this and won't give me a refund

The question is why use CAT if you can use Skype, not to mention a plethora of other VOIP services.

You have to have high speed internet for all of them though. It's cheap nowadays, why don't you upgrade? Packages start from 500 BHT/month.
