Room one B$4200 is pretty and basically furnished, with a small terrace attached. The second B$3000 is smaller and empty. The house is done very simply and has been dubbed "The Zen Den". There is a huge kitchen fully outfitted. TV room with plasma. Several outdoor areas for sitting or tanning. The main dining room has 5 meter ceilings. 2 bathrooms. Internet and TRUE cable. Available mid to late June. Prefer women or gay guys. No smokers. Small quiet dogs OK. Eco-minded a definite plus.
