Synchronise Firefox Extensions

Featured Replies

There are a lot of useful extensions for Firefox. Remembering them all and then installing them is a pain. There should be a (yet another) extension that remembers which ones have been installed and then "gets" them for you, remembering your settings.

There once was something like this. Where is it?

Thank you!

Use a program (free) MOZBACKUP which is doing an amazing job

BTW installed extension/addons are updated automatically

I also use Mozbackup. However, I also have FEBE (Firefox Environment Backup Extension) installed which backs up everything on a schedule automatically in case I forget to run Mozbackup.

Two absolutely brilliant replies. Thank you very much! :)

I just re-installed win7 and used the Windows Easy Transfer software. It is part of Vista and Win7 and can be downloaded and installed for XP as well. Transferred my FF 3.0 installation with all extensions, cookies and even the tabs opened under the new installation just as I closed the browser in the old one.

One big mozilla extension they have been slowly working on is weave.. But it making very slow progress..

Kinda like an xmarks but for everything mozilla related..

I must say, Thank you very much for such a wonderful utility for FF. :)
