Uk Visitor Visa - On-line Application

Featured Replies

Hello all

I've successfully helped my GF with 3 UK VV's in the past 3 years. Each time I have been in BKK to make sure the application is correct, cross the T's and dot all the I's without any problems.

All of the supporting sponsor documents such as bank statements, utility bills, pay-slips etc and copy phone bills have been originals, apart from my passport which should be photocopied.

On this occasion, as I was unable to travel to LOS due to starting a new job. I did the application on-line, in her name and all of the supporting sponsor info described above, I have had to scan and email to her. She has then had to print from a pc.

Today she had her appointment to submit all the paperwork. The clerk at the desk mentioned the fact that most of the docuiments were photocopies and asked if she wanted to get a better set as sometimes copies can appear to be forged.

Due to time constraints my GF said no and for the clerk to accept the copies she had given.

Hmmm... I am a little worried now.

In our favour we've made 3 previous, successful applications with no problems and the terms of the visa have been complied with fully.

Not in our favour is the fact that all of the supporting sponsor info is photocopies/ scans.

Am I worrying for nothing or could the application depend on who the ECO is on the day?

Any thoughts appreciated.

Thanks

Tariq...

I believe that you ae worrying over nothing; especially given her history.
