I use DAP and convert them in to FLV format no problems at all

google bywifi.

allows you to download the vids, and it actually creates the filename out of th video name. As an advantage, it also multi threads the download of the video, so even if you are just watching, you have much less buffering on iffy connections !

Using bywifi watch out for their ByWifiShare folder. It goes really quickly.

I tried Orbit but can't do it. It downloads the file but only 101 kb for a 5 min vdo.

Also, can I make a CD that I can play on my DVD player? I guess avi or MPEG wouldnt work?

Install Realplayer and download them direct to your hard drive in FLV format.

if you use firefox there is a add on called (video download helper)

In Internet Explorer, anything you see on screen is in the cache.

After watching it, just go to Tools, Internet Options, Settings and

View Files and you will see a listing of everything downloaded.

Click on the file size column to bring all large files to the top

and the date will give you a lead on which one you want.

Click it, CTRL+C to copy it and then paste it in some other folder.

VLC Player will play whatever format it is in.

I find that Easy Video Downloader is one of the easiest to use with YouTube. You can check the box to download High Quality (HQ) videos in YouTube only. I generally downoad YouTube videos in .avi format, but there are other formats to choose from. Easy Video Downloader is freeware and works very well.
