General Visitor Visa App for the UK

Where do I find the 'checklist' mentioned below:

1. Your passport

2. A completed and signed visa form

3. A completed printout of the checklist for the visa type being applied for – please download the checklist from our website

4. Supporting documentation listed in the checklist

Also what is the format with payment? Can you not pay in cash? Does it need to be a bankers draft?

Yes it has to be paid by bankers draft or cashiers cheque from any bank in Bangkok or a bankers draft from outside of Bangkok, some branches of Bank of Ayudhya don't charge a fee.

There's a bank on the ground floor of Regent House and you can get a bank draft from there on the way up to the VFS office on the first floor, takes two minutes.
