He was speaking to government officials after he was briefed on the latest situation in the deep South at the Internal Security Operations Command Region 4. Suthep said the development project is aimed at increasing income for the local people. The development projects include developments of deserted farmland. May 31, 200917 yr Given the ornery nature of the beast, one can only wonder if any amount of money will change that mind-set. I have personally had some exposure to them, and am simply floored by their inability to think inside the box, let alone outside the box. One is required to be an incredibly free-ranging thinker these days, if one is simply to remain in step with society, as it outstrips itself and overtakes yesterdays ideas like day-old donuts.
