Buying Existing Business

Featured Replies

Anybody bought up an existing business in Thailand and made a decnt profit out of it?

Check out sunbeltasia.com or any other business broker

'Owner is relocating" will be the line you'll remember well........ and why would that be...........?

good luck

"Owner has too many other buisness interests so must offload this potential goldmine!!! "(Check out their website)

Yes I did. Bought a car rental business 2 years ago, and it has been very good to me.

I am now looking to move on and I AM too busy with other things and do have a genuine business opportunity to offer someone.

Of course you need to be careful when buying a business here as you do anywhere in the world. But don't be put off by the doom and gloom merchants here. There are genuine, good business to buy and geniune reasons why people want to sell. Just do your due dilligence.

A friend of mine recently purchased a fairly big bar in Pattaya. He was naturally concerned about not making any mistakes with his money. So far after several months he is quite pleased and the income is much more than CD's or bonds would give him. Plus he loves the night life and the atmosphere in Pattaya.

He purchased through Sunbelt and was pretty happy with the whole process.

Due diligence seems to be the key to insuring satisfaction.

Beware that many westerners have been cheated with scams with genuine business appareance (see http://www.pattayascam.com )
