Just a quick question regarding UK settlement visas. My partner is Singaporean but we both reside in Bangkok at the moment.

From what I can see from other posts on this forum the current waiting time is 10-12 weeks. Does anyone have any advice/experience on whether my Singaporean partner should therefore apply from Singapore (or if in fact this is a requirement) and whether this would speed up/help the application.

She should aly to the embassy in the country that she is normally resident in. From your post, she should apply to the BKK embassy.
