Hi guys, I've been looking around on the net and I can't seem to find a nice clear list of requirements/check list of things needed to apply for ILR (uk) even looking around on the Home Office site I can't seem to find anything. It's for my wife, she's got her Life in the Uk test pass certificate. So I guess I'll do a folder of documents but I don't want to miss anything out. Does anyone know a site which has it outlined in detail?

I suppose I'll include -

Both our Passports

A Cover Letter

Our Marriage certificate + certified translation

The Life in the UK certificate

A stack load of bills and headed letters showing both our names at the same address for the past three and half years (they gave us hassle over this when we applied for FLR before)

and maybe photographs? Just to show we have been together for the whole time.

Is there anything else I should put in there?

I just want to make sure everything is right because they ripped me off and made me pay twice when we got FLR (long story* - and they were BLATANTLY in the wrong; but you can't argue with the people who could chuck your wife out of the country) so I just want our stuff to be perfect and therefore hassle free.

*long story is here http://www.thaivisa.com/forum/400-Month-t1...56#entry2308856 - I still want justice over it. Blatant stitch up.

The form and guide explain everything that is required.

As she has been in the UK for more than 3 years, she can, if she wishes, apply for British citizenship as soon as she has been granted her ILR.
